Corporate Event Video Production in Orlando
Keynotes, highlight reels, interviews and brand films for conferences across Central Florida, filmed and edited by a team based in Orlando.
Orlando Conference Video
Video Coverage Built for Orlando Conferences
01
Same-day highlight reels
A 60–90 second recap edited while your conference is still running, ready for the closing party, sponsor channels and next year’s registration push.
02
Multi-camera keynotes
At least three angles: a wide of the stage, a tight shot of the speaker and audience reactions. Bigger stages with LED walls get extra cameras, and audio comes straight from the sound desk.
03
Interviews & speaker videos
Executive and speaker interviews with high end lighting, lapel mics and branded backgrounds, filmed between sessions without pulling anyone far from the action.
Video That Keeps Working After the Expo Hall Closes
Highlight reels promote next year’s event, keynote edits reach the people who couldn’t attend, and short clips keep your social channels busy long after load-out.
Why an Orlando-Based Video Team
We Know Orlando’s Venues
From the Orange County Convention Center to the resort ballrooms of Lake Buena Vista and Grande Lakes, we plan around house rules, loading docks, parking and gear-hauling distances before event day.
Audio From the Sound Desk
Large halls echo. We coordinate with your AV crew in advance, take a feed from the venue’s sound board, record a backup track and monitor every must-have session.
Deliverables Planned Up Front
Send us your agenda, run of show and brand guidelines ahead of the event, and we’ll build a shot list and delivery timeline so nothing is left to chance.

FAQ
Orlando Corporate Video FAQs
Generally, half-day coverage starts anywhere from $1,500 to $2,500. Packages typically include multiple cameras, professional audio and an event highlight video, with raw footage on request. Drone footage and a same-day social media highlight video can be added. Contact us for a quote specific to your event.
Yes. Short highlight videos for social media are typically edited and delivered the same day, so you can play them at the closing session or post them while attendees are still on site. Final videos are generally delivered within 5–10 business days.
We plug into the venue’s sound board (or primary sound source) instead of relying on camera microphones, coordinate with your AV team ahead of the event, and record a backup track.
Our baseline is three: a wide shot of the stage, a tight shot of the speaker and a camera on the audience. Complex stages with LED screens or dramatic lighting may call for one or two more, and panel discussions also benefit from multiple angles.
4–8 weeks in advance is ideal, though we’ve squeezed into last-minute events when schedules align. For very large events or multi-day conferences, we suggest booking 2–4 months ahead.
We cover events across Central Florida, including the Orange County Convention Center and International Drive, Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee, Hyatt Regency Orlando, JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes, resort venues around Walt Disney World and Universal, Lake Nona, Downtown Orlando and Winter Park. If your venue has vendor or filming rules, we’ll work within them.
