Corporate Event Videos Services FAQs
Costs will depend on a variety of factors, however our video production packages will most likely consist of multiple cameras, professional audio, event highlight video and will include raw footage on request. Drone footage can also be requested as can a social media highlight video edited same day of your event. Generally speaking half-day coverage starts anywhere from $1,500 to $2,500. Contact us to discuss your corporate event videography needs and we’ll provide a quote specific to your event.
Timeline depends on what videos we are shooting. Generally we aim to deliver final videos within 5-10 business days. Short highlight videos for social media are typically edited and delivered the same day.
If you have a few song suggestions that is great! We will see if we can work them into the video. If you’re unsure of what songs to choose we’re always happy to provide our top choices that are cleared to be used.
Generally speaking 4-8 weeks in advance is ideal however we’ve squeezed into last minute events when schedules align. For very large events or multi-day conferences we suggest booking our corporate event video packages 2-4 months in advance to make sure we’re available.
NDAs can be signed for particularly confidential events, new product reveals, announcements under embargo, etc. We regularly work with brand-sensitive material, however if the need is there we’re more than happy to comply.
