Frequently Asked Questions: Photography
Exact photography costs vary based on length, number of photographers required, photo deliverables and so forth, but as a baseline a half day photo package would likely range in cost from $1,200 to $3,000.
Depending on the photo package, we can deliver a small collection of hand picked preview photos within 24 to 48 hours, and can then follow up with the full high resolution photo gallery in 5-7 business days. Turnaround times vary depending on photo quantities, editing needs and more.
Again it’s really hard to put a number to it, but for a half day shoot you should expect to receive somewhere around 150 to 300 professionally edited photos (for full days, multi-day events, etc. that number will obviously increase).
Whenever possible! For larger events such as conferences, awards shows or other multi-day events we recommend booking photographers 2-3 months ahead of time. For all other events 4 to 6 weeks is ideal.
Absolutely. We regularly photograph embargoed announcements, confidential presentations and unreleased products.
We can definitely work to accommodate photo guidelines and specific requests, so long as it’s communicated ahead of time.
Primeus Productions is based in both Miami and Orlando, but travels all over Florida for photo assignments. Cities we frequently travel to for corporate event photography include Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Naples, Fort Myers, etc.
