Yes. Primeus Productions is based in both Orlando and Miami, so events in Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista and Winter Park are covered by our Central Florida team. We also travel throughout Florida, including Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Naples and Fort Myers.
Yes. For large halls and multi-track agendas we can staff multiple photographers, so general sessions, breakouts, the expo floor and evening receptions are all covered. We can also deliver a same-day preview gallery for your recap posts.
For conferences, award shows and other multi-day events, we recommend booking 2–3 months ahead. For smaller events, 4 to 6 weeks is ideal. If your dates fall during a busy convention week, reach out as early as you can.
Depending on your package, we deliver a hand-picked set of preview photos within 24 to 48 hours, and same-day photo delivery is available as an add-on. The full professionally edited gallery follows in 5–7 business days.
